This 1/2-hour massage is designed to speed the process of finding mental relaxation from overburdening thoughts, worries and the “to do” list.  Massage of the head, face, shoulders and hands is expertly combined with hot and cold towels and lavender essential oil.

Raindrop Therapy $89
A unique technique designed to bring balance and harmony to the body physically, mentally and emotionally. A sequence of nine essential oils are dropped on the back, gently brushed up the spine and lightly massaged over the rest of the back.  A hot compress is applied, facilitating oil absorption and muscle relaxation. 

Saundarya Ayurvedic Face Massage $89
A customized therapeutic massage designed to balance your complexion and relax your mind.  Following an Ayurvedic assessment, we combine all-natural Bindi face products with a massage of the head, neck, shoulders, hands, arms, feet, calves and a gentle massage of the face with 100% essential oil blend and a nourishing moisturizing cream designed to nourish and renew both the skin and the spirit.  It also includes a Bindi kit to take home.

Saundarya Ayurvedic Face and Full Body Massage $168

This 85-minute hot stone therapy is designed to promote deep muscle and tissue relaxation, alleviate stress, release toxins, relieve pain, improve circulation and calm the psyche. This massage will transport you to profound relaxation.

Infrared Cedar Sauna  $25

An infrared sauna contains heaters that produce radiant energy, like the heat from the sun, but without the harmful ultraviolet rays.  Unlike the traditional rock sauna, the infrared sauna warms the occupant directly through deep penetration rather than heating the air in order to heat the user.  This results in longer sauna sessions, up to 45 minutes.   Deep heat and sweating provide a natural way to deliver relaxation, pain relief, increase blood circulation and skin purification.  Take time before your service to deeply relax in our infrared cedar sauna.  Bring bathing suit or shorts.  Wraps available.  Includes robe and sandals, shower with  amenities, towel.

Designed for immediate relief, relaxation, health and vitality - This massage bed works to relieve back problems and promote correct vertebral alignment.  Full-body circulation and relaxation is attained by the deep-rolling massage. The combination of comprehensive deep-tissue roller manipulation and deep-tissue body penetration of Far Infrared light, this session works to realign the body to a more healthy and balanced chemistry and posture.  Session is self-serve and done with clothes on.  Great for those on the go!

Sheets, massage oil and therapists are free from chemical scents.  Those with chemical sensitivities will find this to be a safe environment.  All our products are all-natural or organic. (Except for Biofreeze).  All products are free from synthesized fragrances.  Any scents are produced by pure essential oils.  We use a nut-free massage oil blend which is safe for anyone with nut allergies.  Please tell the receptionist if you have any allergy or chemical concerns when booking.

About Massage Therapy

Each intuitive massage includes a consultation of your needs and problem areas with your massage therapist. Each therapist brings to the table a list of modalities they learned and can draw from their experience to provide the greatest therapeutic effect. A resting period is advised after the massage along with drinking water while you absorb the effects and bring your mind back to the present.

Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is known as the "traditional" massage. This style of massage can include long gliding strokes, kneading, friction, tapping and shaking motions. It's effective for most ailments since it sets up a chain reaction in the body that produces a positive effect on all layers and systems. It affects the nerves, muscles, glands, circulation, and promotes health and well being. Most massage therapists are trained in the basic Swedish style of massage. This style, combined with a number of other types of bodywork, becomes the “signature” massage style of an individual therapist.

Myofascial Release Therapy
A mild and gentle hands-on form of stretching which relieves connective tissue restrictions all over the body promoting strength, flexibility, range of motion and proper alignment. Because the connective tissue (sometimes referred to as fascia) is body-wide, a tension or trauma in one part of the body can affect another part. The connective tissue responds to the trained touch to release the adverse effects of inflammation, tensions, and trauma.

Reiki
Reiki (pronounced ray-kee) is a Japanese system of energy healing. It is based on the idea that pain and disease are caused by an imbalance and/or shortage of Life Energy (Chi, Ki or Qi) in the physical body. The body's organs and tissues have electromagnetic fields around them that pulse at certain frequencies. When these frequencies are agitated, pain or illness results. In this technique, the therapist uses & transmits the Life Energy(electromagnetic field) to facilitate healing. Reiki energy readjusts the electromagnetic fields to normal frequencies, restoring balance. The therapist places both hands gently in specific positions, either on or above the body. This laying-on of hands is designed to relieve pain, restore vitality, heal illnesses and aid spiritual growth.

Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy is a holistic healing practice that uses very light touching to balance the craniosacral system in the body, which includes the bones, nerves, fluids, and connective tissues of the cranium, the spine and the sacrum, and ultimately all tissues because "everything is connected to everything else.
